  D B CORP Ltd. is a multi-interest conglomerate with strong presence in Media, Entertainment, Printing, Textiles, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Oils, Solvents and Internet Services.

The Group has soared to the top of the print media industry in India with its flagship Hindi daily, Dainik Bhaskar (One of the largest read Newspaper), and the Gujarati frontrunner, Divya Bhaskar.

While Dainik Bhaskar has a big presence in Madhya Pradesh, Chhatisgarh, Rajasthan, Chandigarh, Haryana, New Delhi, Punjab, Divya Bhaskar has it's presence in Gujarat and Maharasthra. Divya Bhaskar is the largest circulated regional daily in Gujarat.

It also publishes five periodicals, including Aha Zindagi, a monthly magazine published in Hindi and Gujarati; Bal Bhaskar, a Hindi magazine for children; Young Bhaskar, a childrenâ??s magazine in English; and Lakshya, a career magazine in Hindi.

Its Media business includes ownership of Print Media, Radio Stations and Internet.

It has licenses to operate 17 FM radio stations, 13 of which are currently in operation and filed an eligibility bid with the Government of India to operate 4 FM radio stations in Mumbai, Bangalore, New Delhi, and Hyderabad. Further, D. B. Corp operates internet portals and short messaging service portals. The company was incorporated in 1995 as Multi-Tech Energy Limited and changed its name to D. B. Corp Limited in 2005. D. B. Corp is headquartered in Bhopal, India.
